Shipping Policy

OxyZen (“we” and “us”) is the operator of www.oxyzennutrition.com (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service. 

 

 

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase.

In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

 


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.

 


3. Delivery Partners

We work with India’s top trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Depending on your delivery address, product weight, and serviceability, your order may be shipped via any of the following delivery partners:

     DTDC

     TrackOn

•     XpressBees

    Jet Line

    Mahavir

•     Shree Maruti

     Sky King

     Delhivery

     Bluedart

The choice of courier partner for your order is determined at the time of dispatch based on serviceability and cost-effectiveness for your location. We are unable to guarantee delivery through a specific courier partner unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available as a payment option for orders up to ₹10,000. An additional flat COD handling fee of ₹150 is applicable per order and will be added at checkout.

Cash on Delivery is not available for orders with a value above ₹10,000. Such orders must be paid for in full at the time of checkout through one of our other available payment methods.

If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer and deducted from any applicable refund.

 


5. Returns

5.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

OxyZen Nutrition will happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 24 hours of receipt of the item and the item is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense, and they will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase, deducting forward and return expenses. We will notify you once this has been completed via email.

OxyZen Nutrition will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

5.2 Warranty Returns

OxyZen Nutrition will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 7 days of receipt of the items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim.

Upon receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect OxyZen Nutrition to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

        (a) A refund in store credit

        (b) A replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

 


6. Delivery Terms

6.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2–7 business days.

6.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday–Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, on which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

6.3 Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to update the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

6.4 P.O. Box Shipping

OxyZen Nutrition will ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

6.5 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to become available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await restocking of the unavailable item.

6.6 Flavour / Variant of Products

If you have not specified a flavour or variant, you may receive any available option. If you require a specific flavour or variant, please add it in the order notes or inform us via WhatsApp at +91-9212205665 before your order is dispatched.

6.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted date, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. It may take up to 5-7 working days to complete the investigation and arrange delivery of your product.

6.8 Freebies / Offers

All ongoing offers on our website that include freebies are applicable only when multiple products are added to a single order.

 


7. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

 


8. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible and get in touch with our customer service immediately. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.

 


9. Sales Tax

All applicable taxes (including GST) have already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

 

 

10. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.

 


11. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

11.1 Process for a Parcel Damaged in Transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

11.2 Process for a Parcel Lost in Transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
