Refund & Cancellation Policy
At OxyZen Nutrition, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Due to the nature of health and dietary supplements, returns and refunds are governed under strict conditions to protect both our customers and the integrity of the products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Before You Accept Delivery
To protect yourself and ensure a smooth resolution in case of any issue, please follow these steps at the time of delivery:
• Do NOT accept any product that appears to be tampered with or damaged by the courier.
• Record a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening the packaging. This is mandatory for any refund or replacement request.
• The unboxing video must clearly show: the sealed outer package, the shipping label, and the product received inside the parcel.
• Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubts or questions about its authenticity.
• Once the product seal is broken, we will not be able to accept any return or replacement.
Important: Refund or replacement requests without a valid unboxing video or sufficient proof will be rejected. No exceptions will be made.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of health and dietary supplements, refunds are provided only in genuine cases and under strict conditions. A refund or replacement may be considered only if:
• The product received is damaged
• The product received is defective
• The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
• Units are missing as per the ordered quantity
Refunds are NOT applicable for products that are opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following will NOT be eligible for return, refund, or replacement:
• Taste, mixability, flavour preference, or flavour variation between batches — we do not take any liability regarding the taste or mixability of any product. For such concerns, please reach out directly to the respective brand.
• Products with opened, used, or broken seals.
• Rashes, stomach upset, headache, or any other physiological reactions — please consult a doctor before purchasing any supplement.
• Damages due to misuse of the product.
• Any consumable item that has been used or installed.
• Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers or MRP holograms.
• Any damage or defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Products returned without all original packaging, boxes, accessories, and other items originally included.
• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
• Orders returned due to unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect the shipment from the courier within the stipulated time.
4. Refund Request Timeline
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
• All refund/replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of receipt of goods.
• For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Requests raised after these windows will not be accepted under any circumstances.
5. No Refund / Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. No refund will be issued after dispatch, except in cases where:
• A damaged, defective, or incorrect product is received, AND
• Valid proof (unboxing video and/or images) is provided as per this policy.
6. How to Raise a Concern
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within the applicable time window and share the following:
• Clear images/video of the outer packaging.
• Image of the MRP hologram and batch number.
• Images of all products received.
• A copy of your invoice.
• Unboxing video (mandatory).

Once you raise the concern, we will investigate and revert within 24–48 hours. If required, we may escalate the matter to the brand or importer, in which case additional time may be needed for resolution.
7. Return & Replacement Process
If a return is approved after investigation, the following process will apply:
• Our courier partner will pick up the product within 1–2 working days.
• Reverse pickup via standard delivery typically takes 5–7 working days to reach our warehouse.
• Once received, our quality team will inspect the product and confirm its condition.
• If the inspection is positive, we will process a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund as per your preference.
• If the inspection is negative, the product will be sent back to you in the same condition.
• 2-way shipping charges (forward and return) will be deducted from the refunded amount in case of change-of-mind returns.
8. Special Product Notes
Lumps in Supplements
Since the ingredients in BCAAs, Pre-workouts, and certain other dietary supplements are hygroscopic in nature, they may tend to form lumps. This does not affect the quality or safety of the product and the supplement is completely safe to consume.
We recommend shaking the product vigorously to break down any clumps before mixing with water. This is not considered a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement. For any additional concerns, please contact the respective brand directly.
Nutrition Products
All nutrition products must be received in their original packaging and in sealed condition. Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns under any circumstances.
9. Promotional Offers
Special rules applicable to promotional offers may override standard return conditions. In case of any queries related to promotional orders, please contact our customer support.
